Two recent gubernatorial vetoes of funding legislation have left the Citrus Research and Development Foundation’s budget underfunded. In the first report, foundation chief operating officer Dan Gunter explains the situation and says the foundation will ask the Florida Citrus Commission to make up the funding shortfall.
