The City of Melbourne received over 24 inches of rain last summer from Tropical Storm Fay creating flooding and erosion concerns to one of the main canal systems. Jenni Lamb, Melbourne’s City Engineer, says Florida NRCS stepped in through their Emergency Watershed Protection Program to assist with repairs.
