Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue has proclaimed March 15th-21st as Georgia Agriculture Week, which coincides with National Agriculture Week, and he has designated Tuesday March 17th as Ag Awareness Day. Various commodity groups from across the state will take part in an event held in Atlanta Tuesday and this includes the Georgia Beef Board.
