In a letter released last week, FL Commissioner of Agriculture Charles Bronson, and Chief of the Bureau of Pest Eradication and Control, Jim Heidegger, explain that growers must continue to work under the USDA Federal Interim Rule until the USDA releases a new rule expected out by October.
