Indian River region citrus growers produce most of the grapefruit in the world, and according to their spokesman the grapefruit crop forecast recently out of USDA is within the realms of what most expected. Meanwhile, Bournique says citrus canker continues to haunt River grower as they try to learn to deal with it.
