USDA Proposes Gap Coverage

South Florida Farmers Can Apply for Variance
Farmers in South Florida could be eligible for a variance from Phase 2 water restrictions currently in effect for a broad area suffering from drought. Applications for a variance can be obtained from the South Florida Water Management district.
