With Thanksgiving coming this week and Christmas just four weeks away, the Florida Beef Council (FBC) is working to help consumers prepare beef for their holiday meals. In this week’s Beef Checkoff report FBC Director of Education & Promotion, DeAnne Maples, says they want to be a resource for planning those meals.
