FSA County Committee Election Process Underway

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced they’ve begun mailing ballots to eligible farmers and ranchers across the country for the 2016 FSA County Committee elections. Farm Service Agency Administrator Val Dolcini explains the significance of producer-elected FSA County Committees and some of the duties and services they provide to farmers and ranchers in their area.

Producers must return ballots to their local FSA offices by Dec. 5, 2016, to ensure that their vote is counted.
