The beef checkoff in Alabama is busy preparing for a big promotion, October Beef Month. For those of you who have been keeping up with Alabama’s Best Steak Contest, you know the judging of the Fiery Four is taking place right now. And Erin Beasley with the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association says the winner of that contest will be revealed during October Beef Month.
