We all know that research efforts through the University of Florida/IFAS involves many different areas, but one you might not think a lot about is aquaculture. And in one case Dr. Jack Payne, UF senior vice president for agriculture and natural resources, says their research involves how to breed a fish that became well known in the movie, “Finding Dory”.
