The “Waters of the U.S.” (WOTUS) rule from the Environmental Protection Agency may be on hold for now in the courts, but agriculture lawmakers and leaders are not forgetting about their battle with the EPA over the pending regulation. Representative David Scott of Georgia, who serves on the House Agriculture Committee, told this to farm leaders during a hearing on the farm economy last week.
