More Lawsuits Against WOTUS

State attorneys general in many states, including Alabama, Florida and Georgia, have joined in a lawsuit asking a federal court to strike down a new rule, “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Environmental Protection Agency. This rule is claimed to unlawfully expand the federal government’s regulatory reach over local streams, lands and farms.
