Avian Influenza Is Not a Food Safety Risk

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has had good success in containing the lateral spread of the disease as bio-security efforts by poultry producers have played a big role in that. And while there are consumers wondering how all of this might affect the products they purchase, Southeast AgNet’s Josh McGill reports that they need not worry.
