USDA’s Agriculture Marketing Service is looking at possible changes to the current meat grading standards. Kristina Butts, Executive Director of Legislative Affairs for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, says AMS put out an inquiry for input and NCBA formed a working group to look at this.
