Due to the lack of rain in many areas of the Southeast over the past few weeks, there have been concerns about dry-land peanuts. Scott Mumford, Extension Peanut Agronomist for the University of Georgia, has been in some of those fields and has also talked with other agronomists about what they are seeing.
