Citrus growers received a bit of good news this week as the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services approved a 24C Special Local Need label for Baythroid XL insecticide. Dr. Michael E. Rogers, with the Citrus Research & Education Center at Lake Alfred, says this will provide growers with additional pyrethroid options for use in managing the Asian citrus psyllid.
