The Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) of Huntsville, Alabama was recently recognized for the excellence and dedication of their Earth Team Volunteers and Kathy Walker, district administrative coordinator, says their numerous efforts would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of their volunteers.
