Lobbyists Optimistic About Citrus Research From Tariffs Bill

Washington lobbyists are optimistic about a bill to authorize funding invasive pest and disease research with tariffs on imported citrus products. They told Florida Citrus Mutual directors the legislation could be attached to other “must pass” legislation later this year.
