Tough to Agree Upon Climate Change Resolution

American Farm Bureau chief economist, Bob Young, says when you look at the cap and trade proposals in both the U.S. House and Senate, the one thing that is agreed upon is that there will certainly be a major impact on agriculture. However not agreed upon, is whether that change will be good or bad.
