Ethanol Blend Wall Decision Could Open Cellulosic Markets

Growth Energy’s Green Jobs Waiver to increase the blend wall from 10 percent to 15 is to be decided upon on December 1, 2009. And Growth Energy CEO, Tom Buis, says the action could open markets for second generation ethanol, which would be good for the southeast.
