Possible Trouble for Beef Exports to Japan

Cattle producers have been waiting a long time to get beef trade with Japan back to where it was, but after this weekend’s political victory by the Democratic Party of Japan, questions are being raised as to how stable any near-term expansion of U.S. beef exports to that country will be.
