Pork Exports Better Than Some Expected


U.S. pork exports were expected to really be affected by the H1N1 influenza, but according to the latest figures for both pork and beef in the month of May, U.S. Meat Export Federation President and CEO Philip Seng said while the impact was significant, the numbers were not as negative as some analysts had predicted.
