HR 2454 Has No Ag Benefits

The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, or HR 2454, passed the House Energy and Commerce Committee late last week. And National Affairs Coordinator for the Florida Farm Bureau Federation Adam Basford says that bill currently lacks any benefits for agriculture.
