Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni and Friends Golf Tournament Scheduled for May 29
Gainesville, Fla. – Tee off to support agricultural and life sciences student scholarships!
University of Florida College of Agricultural and Life Sciences alumni and friends are invited to campus on Friday, May 29 to participate in the 7th annual CALS Alumni and Friends golf tournament. The tournament will be held at the Mark Bostick Golf Course at The University of Florida.
“We are excited to hold our tournament on the UF Campus,” said Kevin Huesman, CALS Alumni and Friends President. “Participating in the golf tournament is a great way to reconnect with college friends while supporting student scholarships.”
Tournament proceeds benefit the CALS Alumni and Friends Scholarship Endowment. The registration deadline is Monday, May 11. Registration is $100 for individuals and $65 for current CALS students. It includes green fee, cart fee, range balls, participant gift, and barbecue dinner and awards following play.
The top five teams will receive prizes. Hole prizes and door prizes will also be awarded.
Tournament check-in beings at 12:30 p.m. on the day of the event with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. An awards ceremony and barbecue dinner will follow the event.
